Reproducibility Package for W7: Adaptive Trade Corridor Policies and Information Value This repository contains the computational reproducibility materials accompanying the research paper “Reproducible Stress Testing of Adaptive Decision Policies: Information Value and Robustness in Iran’s Trade Corridors.” The package includes Python source code, synthetic scenario data, numerical results, decision-trigger tables, monitoring protocols, methodological documentation, and SHA-256 integrity checks. The research examines how information availability, delayed signals, scenario uncertainty, and switching costs affect adaptive decision policies in disrupted freight corridors. It compares fixed and adaptive strategies using minimax regret and evaluates their performance under separate design and stress-test scenarios. All computational scenarios are synthetic. The results should not be interpreted as observed freight capacity, actual shipment costs, or verified operational conditions in Iran.
