DS0: Reference files for annotating and processing the CTG values for the complete dose-response dataset

DS0 consists of a downloadable zip file containing multiple reference files necessary for annotating the raw data file with reagent identifiers and perturbagen concentration details; reference file metadata in the form of data column lookup tables (LUTs); experimental metadata including a detailed protocol; and a ReadMe file.
