数据安全风险评估服务主要依据《中华人民共和国数据安全法》《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《工业和信息化领域数据安全风险评估实施细则 (试行)》等法律法规，进行数据安全管理制度合规性评估、网络数据安全应急处置合规性评估、网络数据处理过程合规评估、网络数据安全技术保障情况评估和综合安全风险分析。
The Data Security Risk Assessment Service conducts compliance assessment of data security management systems, compliance assessment of cybersecurity emergency response for network data, compliance assessment of network data processing activities, assessment of technical safeguards for cybersecurity of network data, and comprehensive security risk analysis, in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Implementation Rules for Data Security Risk Assessment in the Industrial and Information Technology Sector (Trial).
