Data_raymond_fuchs-stone2021

This tarred, gzipped file contains parameter files (t*), profile initialization files (init*), and horizontally averaged output files (prof*) for the goconv WTG simulations for Raymond and Fuchs-Stone (2021).  The README file documents the contents of this directory.  Full numerical output may be reproduced using the included "t" and "init" files as well as version 070 or 071 of goconv (doi:10.5281/zenodo.5150754).  The script goprof.sh, included with the goconv source code, reduces the raw output files to "prof" files.  The Candis package (doi:10.5281/zenodo.5150519) must be installed for this to work.  The "prof" files are created in Candis format but are converted to NetCDF format here for convenience. The "init" files are derived from OTREC 3DVar analyses as described in Raymond and Fuchs-Stone (2021).
