RNAseq was performed on leaf and root tissue from two accessions of tomato to identify NLRs and their relative expression level. Leaves and roots were sampled at one month post germination. Leaf tissue was collected from all fully expanded leaves, whereas roots were sampled and washed in distilled water. Accessions were sequenced using 150 bp paired end reads. RNAseq read quality was assessed and trimmed using Trimmomatic (version 0.36) with the parameters ILLUMINACLIP:2:30:10, LEADING:3, TRAILING:3, SLIDINGWINDOW:4:15, and MINLEN:100. Transcriptome assembly was performed using Trinity (version 2013-11-10) with default parameters.

对番茄两个品种的叶片和根部组织进行RNA测序,以鉴定NLR蛋白及其相对表达水平。于发芽后一个月采集叶片和根部样本。采集完全展开的叶片组织,而根部样本则经蒸馏水冲洗。采用150碱基配对末端读数对品种进行测序。利用Trimmomatic(版本0.36)对RNA测序读数质量进行评估和剪切,参数设置为:ILLUMINACLIP:2:30:10,LEADING:3,TRAILING:3,SLIDINGWINDOW:4:15,MINLEN:100。转录组组装采用Trinity(版本2013-11-10)进行,参数设置为默认值。
