For unit level, the value is given as Yes=1 and No=0, while at municipal level it is given as a percentage (%) of units where procedures are in place for the home care staff to act in the event of suspicion/detection that the individual is dependent on/abuse of medicines. The procedure shall be decided at management level and documented. It must be up-to-date, i.e. followed up or drawn up within the last year.
