Treatment of human hepatoma and primary human hepatocyte cultures (PHH) with fatty acids and/or fatty acids and TNFa

Treatment of the human hepatoma cell lines HepG2, HUH7 and PHH with a mixture of fatty acids caused heaptic steatosis. The combined lipid and TNFa treatment mimics inflammation.
