Whole-genome sequencing of the toxic butterflies,Pachliopta aristolochiae (Lepidoptera: Papilionidae)

The toxic butterflies,Pachliopta aristolochiae (Lepidoptera: Papilionidae) are the intriguing species in toxic utilization and warning coloration. To elucidate the molecular mechanism and evolutionary scenario of toxic butterflies in Papilionidae, we performed whole-genome sequencing and comparative genomic analysis of these species.
