Replication Data for: Growth, maturity, and diet of the pearl whipray (Fontitrygon margaritella) from the Bijagós Archipelago, Guinea-Bissau

This dataset consists of summarized raw data and R-script. The data is organized in four excel tabs. The first tab contains the data used in the analysis of growth, the second, data used in diet analysis, and the third are maturity and maximum reported size intercepts (figure 1). The fourth tab contains variable descriptions of the other tabs. The R-script includes three analyses for growth, maturity and diet, respectively. These analyses are divided by script notes to help distinguish between them.
