Transcriptomic raw data sets of fresh and pressed rose petals from Champagnerose (PRJCA039980)

This study employed transcriptome analysis to investigate the chromatic variation and underlying mechanisms in petals of Champagnerose before and after pressing processes. The findings establish a theoretical foundation for developing color preservation techniques applicable to pressed flower materials of this particular rose cultivar.
