Evaluation of bilosome morphology using transmission electron microscopy (TEM)

<p>The project&#39;s goal is to create a combined nanocarrier for bleomycin, a drug used in ECT, and indocyanine green (ICG), a marker used in intraoperative fluorescence imaging in near-infrared. In this study, we propose the combination of indocyanine green (ICG) with bleomycin was used for bilosomes to encapsulate and enhance their biodistribution. Thus we have developed bilosomes and validated their morphology i.e. size and shape by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).</p>
