Contrastive analyses of Italian Petrarchan and pre-Petrarchan poetry – Research Data
收藏资源简介:
This research dataset results from contrastive analyses of Italian Petrarchan and pre-Petrarchan poetry. The r package "stylo" and the tool "TXM" were used as analysis tools. The dataset includes: - Co-occurrence tables created with the help of the tool “TXM”. - A corpus that includes 55 different Italian collections of poems that date mainly from the 14th, 15th or 16th centuries. The corpus contains two parts: the target part consists of 51 poetry collections (10,212,741 characters in total) in which researchers could show Petrarch’s influence. The comparison part, on the other hand, includes most of the Italian love poetry that appeared before Petrarch’s Canzoniere (four collections of poetry or 680,707 characters in total). - New custom variants of Craig’s Zeta as well as two variants presented by Christof Schöch et al. (cf. Christof Schöch/José Calvo Tello/et al.: Burrows Zeta: Varianten und Evaluation. In: DHd 2018: Kritik der digitalen Vernunft. Hg. von AA.VV., Köln 2018, pp. 138-143). Furthermore, code is provided to implement these variants in the r package “stylo”. - A word list resulting from contrastive analyses of the corpus using the r package "stylo".
