Parcels

Parcels for the City of San Leandro (CSL). Alameda County (ALCO) maintains several attributes: parcel number (APN), site address, lot size, assessor map, all monetary values, and primary and secondary tax rate areas; CSL has no control over those attributes. CSL maintains the geometry and these attributes: zoning, general plan land use, and the common area, condo and stacked flags. CSL also applies FEMA zones and Cal Fire fire hazard zones to parcels. Condos are not drawn realistically; instead, each condo outline is the outline of the entire complex; what looks like a single parcel is actually all condos in a complex stacked one on top of the other.圣莱安德罗市（City of San Leandro, CSL）的地块数据集。阿拉米达县（Alameda County, ALCO）维护多项地块属性：地块编号（Assessor's Parcel Number, APN）、场地地址、地块面积、评税地图、所有货币估值，以及一级与二级税率区域；上述属性均不受圣莱安德罗市管控。圣莱安德罗市负责维护地块几何信息及以下属性：区划规划、总体规划土地用途、公共区域、公寓式住宅（condominium, condo）以及堆叠标识（stacked flags）。此外，圣莱安德罗市还会为地块标注联邦应急管理局（FEMA）区划及加州消防局（Cal Fire）火灾风险分区。公寓式住宅未按实际形态绘制，每个公寓的轮廓均为对应整个建筑群的轮廓；看似单个的地块，实则为某建筑群内堆叠排布的全部公寓式住宅单元。
