Survey for qLMXBs in Globular Clusters

The radii of neutron stars are now routinely measured in transient low massXray binary systems hosted in globular clusters (GCs). Only a handful of suchsystems are firmly identified, and more are needed to produce a usefully largepopulation. Most discovered using Chandra are unsuitable for detailedstudy with large area missions, due to the crowded GC fields. We devise a surveystrategy to discover new quiescent transient lowmassxraybinaries (qLMXBs) inGCs suitable for these missions.
