Transcriptomics of liver in Saanen dairy goats

The hepatic transcriptomics study of Saanen dairy goats targets the middle lobe of liver tissues from 3 month-old goats, divided into a control group (basal diet) and an AMRF-treated group (basal diet and 2.8 g/goat/day Allium mongolicum Regel flavonoids). RNA sequencing is used to analyze differences in hepatic gene expression between the two groups, exploring transcriptional regulatory mechanisms in functional pathways such as metabolism and antioxidant defense.
