Geographical nomenclature

A series of data sets Geographical nomenclature contains a class of objects ZBGIS Geographical name, which includes the names of non-residential geographical objects and specific resident objects from the territory of the Slovak Republic, which are standardized by the ÚGKK and which do not have the character of an administrative unit; official names taken from the object managers; non-standardised names obtained from non-departmental sources and from local enquiries with different title status and status. Includes nomenclature standardized and non-standardized. The object is represented by a vector spatial component and a descriptive component that contains qualitative and quantitative information defined in the Catalogue of Object Classes ZBGIS (KTO ZBGIS) available at www.geoportal.sk.
