Bayesian hierarchical model Rjags code, followed by other analysis code

This is the rjags code defining the primary analysis model of the manuscript "Orphaning stunts growth in wild African elephants" (currently in review). It includes the uninformative priors we used. Also included below the code defining the rjags model is the code used to run the analysis, which calls to the rjags model, and the code we used to view results and run model checks.
