Public-Public Cooperation Agreement between IGN, ADEME and CSTB for the Bat-ID State Startup

The cooperation between the IGN, the ADEME and the CSTB, which is the subject of this agreement, falls within the framework of their common tasks entrusted by the legislator and concerns more particularly the establishment of a geographical reference system aimed at identifying all the buildings in the French park, and linking this reference system with the other concepts of geolocated information, namely addresses, plots and premises.
