Array comparative genomic hybridization of canine follicular lymphoma (cFL) and canine marginal zone lymphoma (cMZL)

The aim of this work was to identify the copy number aberrations (CNAs) by high-resolution array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) on 7 dogs with newly diagnosed FL and 5 dogs with newly diagnosed MZL. In total, the DNA obtained from 7 cFL and 5 cMZL specimens together with the paired skin biopsies were analyzed using a Agilent-025522 SurePrint G3 Canine CGH Microarray 4x180K (GPL24897). Tumor and reference DNA samples were labelled independently with cyanine 5-deoxyuridine triphosphate (dUTP) and cyanine 3-dUTP, respectively, using SureTag Complete DNA Labeling Kit. Oligo aCGH analysis was performed following the manufacturer’s recommendations, using an Oligo aCGH/ChIP-on-chip Hybridization Kit (Agilent Technologies).
