PNCC Development Contributions Policy

The Development Contributions layer shows the catchment areas used to calculate the financial contributions that developers must pay towards new infrastructure required to service growth. These contributions help fund roads, water supply, wastewater, stormwater, and reserves. The map enables property owners and developers to determine which contribution area a site falls within and understand the applicable costs associated with subdividing or developing land. Notes: The "Updated" date you see on this item indicates when the metadata was last revised. It doesn’t necessarily reflect when the data inside the feature layer was last refreshed.
