Suaeda salsa Transcriptome or Gene expression

We want to analyze differentially expressed genes related to seed development and/or germination of S. salsa by high-throughput Illumina RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). This study may provide further insight into this complex regulatory network, which may be related to seed development, dormancy and seed germination under saline condition in S. salsa. The transcriptome dataset will serve as a valuable resource to further understand gene expression and functional genomics in S. salsa dimorphic seeds. It also can help to further investigate the adaptation of seed dimorphic plants to variable saline environments.
