Spatial and single-cell RNA sequencing of mouse testis and epididymis (PRJCA019071)

To study the gene expression of cell residents and their spatial information in the testis and epididymis, we performed scRNA-seq from the DNBSQ platform on four samples and visual spatial analysis from the 10X Genomics platform on two epididymis samples. The four scRNA-seq samples included one testicular and three epididymal samples, the spatial samples includes crosscut and straight-cut setions of mouse epididymis.
