资源简介:
To evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention in improving students’ climate-related knowledge and awareness, a pre- and post-assessment design was implemented during the high school program . Both assessment in the form of Questionnaire. The assessment instrument consisted of three main sections: (i) knowledge-based questions (B1–B5), (ii) awareness perception items (C1–C7), and (iii) open-ended reflective questions (D1–D3). The pre-survey was administered before the educational intervention, and the post-survey was conducted immediately after the completion of all activities to measure short-term cognitive and perceptual changes. For the knowledge component, five multiple-choice questions (B1–B5) assessed conceptual understanding related to weather–climate distinction, non-climatic impacts, carbon footprint, climate action, and water-related impacts of climate change. The awareness component (C1–C7) utilized a five-point Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree to 5 = strongly agree) to capture self-reported perceptions regarding climate change awareness, concern, and perceived responsibility. In addition to quantitative analysis, qualitative insights were obtained from open-ended responses (D1–D3), which explored students’ definitions of climate change, individual actions to mitigate impacts, and collective school-level strategies.
