Transcriptomic analysis of Glomerella cingulata treated with cymoxanil

Anthracnose can damage the majority of tea regions in China. It is considered that Glomerella cingulata is the main dominant species harming the tea plant in China. Cymoxanil can inhibit the G. cingulata, but the action mechanism is not clear. This RNA-seq data is helpful to study the mechanism of cymoxanil on G. cingulata.
