iNEST_OGS_biogeochemical_dataset_water_2024-2025

The dataset includes physico-chemical variables of the water column, few ecosystem processes, and plankton communities, investigated in front of the Isonzo River mouth (northern Adriatic Sea). Data were collected during two seasons following river plume events: one large autumn plume (October 2024) and several winter-spring plumes (May 2025). In autumn 2024, sampling was carried out at six stations distributed along two transects: one oriented coast–offshore and one parallel to the coastline near the river mouth. In spring 2025, sampling was carried out at four stations along a coast-offshore transect. N.A. are not available data.
