Mass spectrometry data from whole cell extractions of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv using collision induced dissociation to identify terpene nucleosides

Whole lipid extracts of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv were analyzed by collision induced dissociation (CID) mass spectrometry to validate masses identified as terpene nucleosides. Identities were supported using fragments generated at the retention time, m/z, and collision energy provided in the method list. These data are raw data files used to generate figures and conclusions presented in the manuscript (DOI: 10.1371/journal.pbio.3002813).
