Comparison of the binding patterns of the Rest complex between embryonic stem cells and epiblast stem cells. (mEpiSC). Mus musculus

We detected and characterized the binding sites of representative components of the Rest complex, Rest, Sin3A and Lsd1. We compared their binding patterns between mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells and epiblast stem (EpiS) cells. Rest complex, by changing its components and its targets may realize distinct functional roles between ES cells and EpiS cells.
