Software and Data for manuscript 'Cross-Shelf Transport in the Northern South China Sea Shelf: Quantification and Mechanisms'. This repository contains three files (1) A modified version of the ROMS source code used in the numerical experimentsand; (2) Validation data in the model. Model forcing files (Boundary, Surface) exceeds the size limit, thus are not uploaded in this repo.
