Study on antibiotic resistant bacteria isolated from foods

This project focuses on three foods of chicken meats, fishery products and vegetables. We plan to isolate antibiotic resistant bacteria. All isolated bacteria are clarified characteristics and antibiotic susceptibility. Moreover, for clarification of horizontal gene transfer, plasmid analysis is conducted by next generation sequencer.
