Epigenetic and genetic contribution to adaptation in Chlamydomonas

This project investigated the contribution of epigenetic changes to adaptation in the unicellular algae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. The methylomes and genomes ofevolved lines have been resequenced to investigate the changes that happened during adaptation to a new environment.
