Neuroprotective Effects of Bavachin on Cholinergic Dysfunction: Behavioral, Biochemical, and Molecular Insights
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw experimental data generated during the study investigating the neuroprotective effects of bavachin on cholinergic dysfunction using behavioral and biochemical approaches in mice. The data include measurements from multiple behavioral paradigms assessing learning, memory, and anxiety-related behaviors, as well as acetylcholinesterase activity assays. The dataset is organized into separate folders corresponding to each experimental assay, including Elevated Plus Maze Test, Morris Water Maze Test, Novel Object Recognition Test, Passive Avoidance Test, and Y-Maze Spontaneous Alternation Test. In addition, biochemical data from in vitro acetylcholinesterase inhibition assays and ex vivo acetylcholinesterase activity measurements from hippocampal and frontal cortex tissues are included. All files are provided in CSV format and contain the raw measurements used for statistical analysis in the study. The datasets were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by appropriate post hoc comparisons to determine statistical significance among treatment groups. These data support the findings reported in the associated research article and are provided to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reuse by other researchers in the fields of neuroscience, pharmacology, and neurodegenerative disease research.
