Intersections of cultural memory, migration, and identity through sculptural installations : Shona migratory experiences

The catalogue is the practical component, accompanying the MA in Fine Arts mini-dissertation titled "Listening to the past: a subjective exploration of cultural memory in Shona migration through sculptural works." The artworks created during the study are informed by archaeological, historical, artistic research and personal reflection regarding the theme of migration, memory, and cultural identity. The works explored these themes and ideas regarding the movement of Shona culture from the distant past and contemporary reality.
