AQ-LINK: genomic linkage between aquatic and human sources across NCBI Pathogen Detection
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility deposit for a study of cluster co-membership between aquatic and human source compartments across all 106 organisms in NCBI Pathogen Detection, retrieved 27 September 2026. Covers 2,896,492 isolates, 2,923,348 isolate-to-cluster rows and 211,358 SNP clusters. Contains per-organism metadata and cluster membership as parquet, pairwise SNP distances for Streptococcus agalactiae (2,334,271 comparisons), the source-compartment labelling rules as executable code, derived result tables, frequency vocabularies, and the written record of every analysis and of three validation rounds. Supports the manuscript "Genomic Linkage Between Aquatic and Human Sources Across 2.9 Million Bacterial Isolates, Concentrated in Streptococcus agalactiae Sequence Type 283".
