Research data for Psychometric testing of NANTS-no

Nurse anaesthetists involved in clinical supervision of student nurse anaesthetists took part in a 6 hour long workshop on non-technical skills. They then watched 6 video-recorded scenarios and rated non-technical skills using the structured assessment instrument NANTS-no. They also completed a questionaire relating to NANTS-no and the content of the course.The dataset includes NANTS-no, the information given to the participants, workshop handout material, descriptions of the scenarios (PS: the patient information in the scenarios is fiction), the rating form and the quesionnaire.
