Whole proteome of MDK model mice

MDK is a heparin-binding growth factor and found to be the Aβ associated protein. AD mouse model of MDK knockout was established to provide the animal tool to investigate the effect of MDK on AD. Through proteome, we aim to study the Aβ change and identify the DE proteins by MDK knockout to know how MDK affect AD.
