MICROFERT

The study was conducted in an apricot orchard in Italy, with the aim of evaluating the effect two different type of biofertilizers (AMF and Trichoderma spp.) on soil organic matter degradation using litter bags as a tool for surveying the organic matter evolution through different methods such as Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy, Thermo-Gravimetric coupled to Differential Thermal Analysis and Next Generation Sequencing of fungi and bacteria. and two different type of biofertilizers (AMF and Trichoderma spp.) were compared to unfertilized control over one year with four time-points.
