First-line serplulimab plus chemotherapy in extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer: Updated results and biomarker analysis from the ASTRUM-005 randomized clinical trial

This dataset belongs to ASTRUM-005 study, a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase III trial conducted in previously untreated patients with ES-SCLC (NCT04063163). Patients were treated with serplulimab (4.5 mg/kg; n = 389) or placebo (n = 196) intravenously every 3 weeks, together with carboplatin and etoposide. Tumor and blood samples were sequenced and analyzed using the Med1CDxTM Panel (MEDx Translational Medicine, Suzhou, Jiangsu, P. R. China), an in-house validated next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based method, on the Illumina platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA).
