The Albanian Seismological Network (ASN), assigned AC at FDSN, consists of nine broadband (BB). Data transmission, to the main processing Center at the Institute of GeoSciences (IGEO) in Tirana, is achieved in real time through Radio-link, optical fiber and 4G telecommunication. Two processing ways are available: automatic processing based on SeiscomP4 system and the offline processing based on SEISAN seismic analyses system. The main tasks of AC are to monitor, record and process earthquake data at local and regional scale, archiving event information and alerts dissemination to the Authorities, seismological research and applied seismology. One of the scopes of the AC is to sustain scientific data exchange and scientific collaboration with European and Global seismological institutions.
