Supporting Dataset for Evaluating User Satisfaction in a Mandatory Customs Clearance System Using an Integrated Technology Acceptance Model
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the research entitled "Evaluating User Satisfaction in a Mandatory Customs Clearance System Using an Integrated Technology Acceptance Model." The study investigated factors affecting user satisfaction in the Clearance Inbound Application System (CIAS), a mandatory digital system integrated with CEISA 4.0 in Indonesia. The research utilized a combination of four theoretical models: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Task-Technology Fit (TTF), and the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model (ISSM). A total of 284 valid responses were collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS 4. This repository includes: Raw and cleaned survey data, Questionnaire instrument (PDF), Path model visual output, Bootstrapping results (path coefficients, indirect effects, outer loadings), Reliability and validity metrics (Cronbach's Alpha, Composite Reliability, AVE), Supporting analysis for reproducibility and transparency. The dataset adheres to open science practices and is made publicly available to promote further academic research and validation.
