Comparison of epigenetic variations in ATO sensitive and Resistant APL cell lines. Homo sapiens

To further characterize the arsenic trioxide (ATO) resistance in acute promyelocytic leukemia, we had made NB4 cell line (arsenic sensitive) to be resistant to arsenic by exposing them to increasing concentration till they are resistant to it and we named it as NB4-EV-AsR1. We have also used another APL cell line (UF1) which is resistant to ATO and ATRA. Comparing the H3k27ace and H3k27me3 variations will give us insights to the mechanisms of arsenic trioxide resistance.
