Imputabilità, maturità e rieducazione del minore autore di reato. Tematizzazioni pedagogiche

At the breaking of dawn, a young girl, a minor, rang the doorbell of her uncle's house to communicate him that someone had shot her mother and to have had seen a shadow walking away along the corridor of her flat. The scientific results give values to the attribution of the homicide to the youngster and the trial, having recognised her imputability and maturity, concluded with a sentence of 14 years reclusion. In the gap between personal biography and re-educational biography, it opens up now the binding horizon of responsibility and rehabilitation, which requires the using up and involvement of all the institutional resources (of the whole community) in order to start up the girl's personal ones, for a full and profound knowledge of her reality so to highlight over her discomforts and on her potentialities.
