2022 was a record year for crowdfunding.
EUR 2355 million was collected on platforms, an increase of + 25 % compared to 2021.
Since 2015, the figures have multiplied by 14 with a cumulative total of more than 7 billion euros, all transactional models combined (donation, loan, investment).
[Real estate crowdfunding](https://investir-business.com/tout-savoir-crowdfunding-immobilier-comment-ca-marche-meilleurs-sites-avis/) increased by + 40.2 % in 2022 when the growth of the crowdfunding sector as a whole was + 25.3 %.
The amounts collected reached new records with EUR 1,607 million in 2022, compared to EUR 1,146 million in 2021. The number of funded projects increased from 1,346 in 2021 to 1,628 in 2022.

Platforms such as ClubFunding, Homunity, Immocratie, Koregraf or [Anaxago](https://investir-business.com/anaxago-test-avis-guide-site-plateforme-crowdfunding-immobilier/) were driving this increase.
The market remains largely residential, which accounts for 71 % of projects.

Transactions of property dealers remain dominant (56 %) when pure real estate development is down (35 %).
