Microbial community evolution in response to a changing bioreactor environment

This project was to study the microbial community evolution in response to a changing environment. Two UASB reactors treated high-solid content dog food wastewater. Effluent recirculation started to be applied to one reactor and be discontinued in the other reactor. Sludge samples were taken every half HRT from the two UASB reactors after the effluent recirculation initiation and termination. This project contain 64 sludge samples (duplicate).
