DNA methylation profiling by MBD-Seq in the mouse seminal vesicles (SVs) and uterus (U) following neonatal DES exposure

DES is a synthetic estrogen that is associated with adverse effects on reproductive organs. Our group has employed estrogen receptor (ER) a knockout (aERKO) mice to gain insight into the contribution of ER a in DES-induced toxicity following neonatal exposure Overall design: Mice were neonatally exposed to DES. SVs were collected at weeks 5 and 10, and uteri were collected at week 10. DNA methylation profiling was performed using MBDcapture Seq.
