Genotyping-by-sequencing of gray fox and other canid lineages

This project generated reduced-representation (GBS) sequencing of gray fox samples from across their range in the United States (Urocyon cinereoargenteus). Additionally, we sequenced samples from several other members of the Canid family including the gray wolf, coyote, golden jackal, domestic dog, red fox, kit fox, and arctic fox.
