Genome-wide DNA methylation analysis using the Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip (Illumina) in 185 cell-free DNA samples. Blood samples were taken from the patients with NSCLC. Five ml of plasma was subjected into cfDNA extraction. All amount of extracted cfDNA minus that required for genomic analysis was subjected to bisulfite conversion. DNA methylation status at 865,918 CpG loci was examined by Infinium assay.
