Antimicrobial activity data supporting the selection of antibacterial peptides for bioink formulations used in the development of a 3D printed bladder model. The peptides are intended to protect bladder cells from bacterial infection within the engineered tissue environment. The results include minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) values determined against reference and clinical Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains, enabling evaluation of their bacteriostatic and bactericidal effectiveness against clinically relevant uropathogens.
