Ancient Fountain, Via Talasesse, Arcidosso

A beautiful fountain on Via Talassese, Arcidosso, Grosseto, Tuscany. The dating is unknown although the stylized human face is similar to other specimens in the same area dated to the Renaissance period (cc. 16-17) and located in the public fountains of Castel del Piano and in the 'Pope fountain' at the convent of St. Trinity near Santa Fiora.
