iNKT cells show significant lineage diversity among mouse strains. We used TCR-seq to analyze the mechanism underlying the increased number of iNKT2 cells in BALB/c mice. Overall design: Each iNKT subset (i.e. iNKT1, iNKT2, iNKT17 cells), CD4T cells and CD8T cells were sorted and subjected to TCR-seq.
