RPLS - detailed data as of 1 January 2022

Detailed data on housing from the directory of rental housing of social landlords (RPLS). Data broken down to the Hauts-de-France region.

The purpose of the register of social landlords’ rental housing (RPLS) is to establish the overall state of the social landlords’ rental housing stock on 1 January of a year. It is fed by information provided by social landlords. The transmission of information for the annual update of the directory of rental housing is mandatory. The detailed housing data are extracted from the directory and give a state of the social park on January 1st of a year.
Housing is described according to two main blocks of indicators:
- Geographical location of the dwelling — detailed address of the dwelling, location in a priority area of the city or not;
- Structural information on the dwelling – type of construction, number of rooms, living space, year of completion of the construction, year of first rental, year of entry and method of entry of the dwelling into the property of the lessor, type of lessor’s right to the dwelling, initial financing of the dwelling, whether or not the dwelling has been contracted, agreement number, start date of the agreement, expiry date (SRU), energy performance diagnosis (date of its establishment and classes of diagnosis);

The identity of the landlord who owns the dwelling is not provided.

Finally, unconventional housing belonging to social landlords in the legal category of mixed-economy companies is excluded from the scope of dissemination. These dwellings do not belong to the social rental stock.
